CREA’s dedicated team is made up of 29 Nicaraguan staff who are from the communities we serve. Two North American staff also support CREA’s mission to elevate Nicaraguans and their communities through literacy and learning.

As an education-focused organization, one way CREA lives out its mission is by offering continual professional development opportunities to staff. This takes the form of supporting ongoing education, attendance at conferences, and providing trainings on an ongoing basis.
