CREA’s dedicated team is made up of 33 Nicaraguan staff who are from the communities we serve. Two North American staff also support CREA’s mission to elevate Nicaraguans and their communities through literacy and learning.

As an education-focused organization, one way CREA lives out its mission is by offering continual professional development opportunities to staff. We support ongoing education, attendance at conferences, and provide trainings on an ongoing basis.
